You will get motivated and stay accountable with a personal accountability coach for 21 days.

Most of our members know what to do to be happier & healthier, but struggle to consistently do it. Your coach will help you close the gap between knowledge and execution.

Life has changed a lot in the last year, but there's no pause button for your health & fitness. Your coach will help you navigate this new normal and keep making small daily progress towards your goals.

You will have an exercise routine adapted to your level of fitness by your personal exercise coach.

We'll meet you where you are on your fitness journey, so you don't need to be in shape to get started.

Starting at your virtual orientation, your coach will teach you the fundamental movements, so you will feel confident that you are doing every movement safely and correctly. And as you start attending the live virtual sessions, your coach will work with you to adapt or modify any movements

You will have fun working out from home with unlimited access to our Live Virtual Training Sessions with 2-way video for personal feedback.

Our virtual training sessions are different from any online training you've ever experienced.

We have multiple coaches on every session to do the workout with you, explain the exercises, AND since the video is 2-way, encourage you and correct your form.

The live 2-way virtual training sessions combine the personalization of a 1-on-1 session with the energy of a group class. Definitely WAY better than trying to do it on your own.

And no worries if you can't make it live, all the sessions are recorded, so you can do all the workouts on demand anytime.

You will develop sustainable healthy habits with a personalized nutrition and lifestyle program.

You'll tell us your goals and your coach will develop a habit plan to help you get there.

Each week, you'll work with your coach to select a nutrition and lifestyle habit to focus on. Your coach will help make sure your goal is realistic, yet challenging and will help hold you accountable to your weekly commitment.

1. You'll break a little sweat & have a lot of fun.
During these stressful times, our goal is to deliver you happiness through fitness. You'll have support from your peers, working out from their living rooms with you, & from multiple coaches, providing you with personal encouragement & feedback on your form.

Meeting up with your new fitness family in our virtual training center will be something you look forward to each day.


2. We'll meet you where you are in your fitness journey.
A lot of new guests are nervous to get started because they're afraid that they won't be able to keep up.

So feeling a little nervous is completely normal, but here are some points to reassure you:


• You'll have a personal exercise coach to work with you to adapt all the exercises to fit your needs.
• You'll have access to both our Low Impact Strength Training and High Intensity Interval Training sessions
• All our training sessions are self-paced, so if you need to take a break, you'll take a break. There'll be no shaming.
• Our coaches are used to working with a broad range of fitness levels, so they're ready & willing to modify any movement for you within each session.
• All our members were once beginners just like you, so they're very supportive & understanding.

Fitness family is not just a catchy phrase we put on a t-shirt. We truly live & practice it & we want everyone to succeed.


3. You'll get an efficient & effective workout in 45 mins or less (all from the comfort of your own home).
Your day doesn't have to revolve around going to the gym to get a great workout. Our training methodology is scientifically proven to get you maximum results with the minimum effective dose of exercise.

A FitTRAC Live 2-Way Virtual Training Session typically includes:

Warm-Up: To get your blood flowing & stretch out all the nagging little kinks
• Progressive Strength Training: To progressively challenge your muscles to help you tone up & build strength
• Cardio Intervals: To improve your energy & endurance to take on all of life's challenges
• Core Training: To flatten your midsection & improve your posture

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions move at a faster tempo to maximize the fat-burning effect.

Our Low Impact Strength Training (LIST) sessions move at a more deliberate pace and focus on strength and balance.
